Common irritants in our diet may be responsible for so many of daily physical issues (headaches, joint pain, bloating, irritability, low energy, weight gain, sleeplessness). By eliminating common food groups that are known to cause irritation and inflammation we may gain more understanding around our sensitivities to them.
